The silent auction is one of the most popular events at our conference each year, and a great way for businesses to get your information in front of nearly 300 avid naturalists, landowners, volunteers, and educators. Do you have something to donate for the silent auction? Fill out the donation form, and bring your silent auction donations to the registration desk at the conference.
What do you get for your donation?
- Your business name on the conference website with a link to your website
- Your business name on the Master Naturalist website with a link to your website
- Your business name displayed during the conference
- A tax deduction for your donation
What do we use the auction proceeds for?
- Scholarships so more people can participate in the conference and other Extension natural resources programming
- Speakers for advanced trainings and the conference
- Other programming needs as they occur
Silent Auction donations will be recognized on the conference website with a link to the donor’s website, if applicable. Donors' names will be included on the item’s bid sheet. Other promotional opportunities may also be provided for donated items.
Silent Auction donations must be received by April 1, 2020 to be included in all publicity efforts. Donations received after May 1, 2020 will not be included in publicity. The committee reserves the right to use donated items as door prizes. For publicity purposes, please send a high resolution logo as a .jpg or .png to firstname.lastname@example.org.
