Become an exhibitor!

How can your organization inspire learning, enrich lives, and make a difference in a changing world? How would you like to reach out to over 300 active naturalists, landowners, and volunteers and tell them your story? You can do this and more by becoming an exhibitor at the annual Gathering Partners of Natural Resources conference!

Booth registration is $100 for for-profit businesses and non-profit organizations selling merchandise. Non-profit organizations or groups may request a free exhibit booth. (Groups reserving a free booth may sell organization memberships at an exhibit booth, but not merchandise.)

Booths may be set up on Friday between 1:00-5:00 p.m., and taken down between 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Saturday, or 12:00-1:00 p.m. on Sunday. A table and 2 chairs are provided for each exhibitor. Some locations have electrical access, but please bring your own extension cords.

All vendors are encouraged to provide a promotional or informational item to be included in the participant and presenter welcome bags. We also welcome donations from our exhibitors for the silent auction. Exhibitors who are not attending the conference itself may register for meals, if desired.
