Become an exhibitor!

How can your organization inspire learning, enrich lives, and make a difference in a changing world? Would you like to reach out to active naturalists, landowners, and volunteers and tell them your story? You can do this and more by becoming an exhibitor at the annual Gathering Partners of Natural Resources conference!

Reach your target audience

The conference is hosted jointly by University of Minnesota Extension program staff from the Minnesota Master Naturalist, Invasive Species, Forestry and Citizen Science programs. You can learn more about the work we do across the state by visiting

Each year our conference welcomes Minnesota Master Naturalist and AIS Detectors volunteers, instructors, the Minnesota Phenology Network, woodland owners, citizen science volunteers, and others interested in the outdoors and Minnesota’s natural resources. Our attendees love spending time outdoors and devote their time to enhancing and protecting Minnesota’s natural resources. We expect to have 150-200 attendees join us in Red Wing in 2022.

More ways to contribute

Donate to the silent auction

Every year the Gathering Partners silent auction showcases hundreds of items thanks to generous donors. From handcrafted goods to books and live plants to beautiful artwork, there is something for everyone. If you have an item you'd like to donate, drop it off when you check-in at registration.

Become a sponsor

If you or your organization would like to help sponsor this annual gathering of landowners, educators, volunteers, and nature-lovers, we have several sponsorship packages available. Sponsorship is an important component that allows us to help keep conference registration fees low and support a broad audience to attend. Building a well-educated public to help support Minnesota's natural resources is a critical part of our annual conference goal. Learn more about available sponsor packages and benefits.
