The Gathering Partners annual conference brings together people from all corners of Minnesota to learn about our state's natural resources. Each year our conference welcomes Minnesota Master Naturalist and AIS Detectors volunteers, instructors, the Minnesota Phenology Network, woodland owners, citizen science volunteers.

The conference is hosted jointly by University of Minnesota Extension natural resource programs and the Bell Museum outreach program. You can learn more about the work we do across the state by visiting z.umn.edu/ExtVolunteer and Bell Museum.

Your support helps us deliver high-value natural resources education to hundreds of Minnesotans and supports volunteer programs that contribute thousands of hours to benefit Minnesota’s natural resources annually.

Exhibitor Resource Fair

We are looking for exhibitors that are relevant to our conference attendees -- adults who want to learn about and volunteer in support of Minnesota's natural environments.  Details and registration for exhibitors can be found here.  Deadline for exhibitor registration is April 30, 2026. 

• Exhibitor spaces are available free for groups sharing information or recruiting volunteers. 

• Spaces cost $25.00 for groups selling products.
