Plan your conference (which sessions, fieldtrips you wish to participate in) so that you are prepared to make selections during the registration process.
Registration for 2025:
Conference fee includes: Food and onsite and offsite sessions starting Friday dinner through Sunday lunch.
When registering you will be taken to another site and asked to select sessions to attend at each time, so peruse the options on this site to prepare.

Vendors

If you would like to have a vendor table at the event, there is an additional $25 fee. If you would like the meals that are included in the conference, you must register for the full conference.
